Including something like a ruler to give the scale in the photo would help but yes I think House Mouse. I notice the photo is on pavers but location is in bush. I guess the carcass was moved and the bush location is correct?

Yes, the carcass was discovered while walking and brought back for the photo.

I will try to include a scale next time.

Thank you! I should also have commented that you did well to have a shot of the whole animal. It helps a lot to have the tail included, for some species but many people omit that. Also the pads on the soles of the feet are useful, and if you get keen, a profile of the front teeth in some cases.
