White gills and white ring, so looks like an Amanita, but I'm not sure what exact species.

I initially thought it was an Amanita, but it may be an Agaricus. A google image search suggested Agaricus impudicus

Difficult, an image of the gills showing colour and attachment to the stipe (stem) would have been helpful as would an image of the bottom of the stipe a bit below ground level. To me the ring on the stipe doesn't look to be that of an Agaricus.
