The presence of fine up-turned fine pointed sickle-shaped palpi ad the lack of a woolly-looking head would appear to rule out Tineidae (i.e. Edosa).

Telocharacta spp are variable in the dark patches near the tornus and presence or absence of a dark collar. Identification not definite.

The shape of the darker area towards the apex does not match Telocharacta, but it does match Phauloplana illuta, as does the dark collar across this thorax. It is difficult to be certain with a single photo of these plain yellow Oecophoridae, but P. illuta is much more likely.
