Looks most like R hemisticta rather than closely related adelaideae or frater.
Antennae longer than rostrum plus head [Not true with this specimen]; white vestiture on sides of abdomen adjacent to elytra continuous from base to apex; metafemora reaching about to middle of ventrite 2 when extended straight caudad.
Sutural elytral vittae formed mostly of separated maculae of condensed setae, except caudad (towards the tail) where there is a continuous, narrow, white line
I'll call this one adelaidae, with the option of changing my mind when I get a chance to compare actual specimens. At least that way we can group it with other sightings that look conspecific.
