Could this be G. surcula due to the paler flowers and slender stem?
I'll confirm this as G procera. Mark describes G surcula as having greyish flowers, although the colonial Tasmanian Gastrodia don't appear to have grey flowers necessarily (I have the Wapstra 2012 Tas Nat article which describes that if you'd like it). I suspect it is impossible to confirm as surcula without digging up the rhizomes.
