A good record as we dont get many of these on CNM - well done. Yes does look a bit like P. entrecasteauxii. However, fused frontoparietals fused (a bit blurred in photo) and the very contrasting black and white lateral stripes helps to id this montane skink found in grassy woodlands and in valley floor grasslands/heath in the southern and eastern parts of the ACT. Thanks. Over winter I've forgotten a lot of my skink identification so all hints are gratefully accepted. Sorry about the blur as well - I had trouble focusing past the grass and then it rudely skittered off before I could get a better shot.
