Actually there were small moths all around the garden. 4th pic is a different individual, not sure if same species.

My only concern would be that the palpi do not look the same shape as in other specimens of this species.

The palpi look OK to me. The palpi on Ian's 3384775 are the ones that look different to me, I have assumed in the past that it's a product of the way they are being held at the time of the photo.
