She was in the hollow when I arrived. After a time she came out and sat at the entrance soaking up the sun for about 10 minutes before going back in. I think she is sitting on eggs. No sign of the male.
Alison, there are four possible nest sites that I am aware of and I visited on 7 October at Gossan Hill, none were active except for a Sulphur-crested Cockatoo out of one of them. This sighting is very close to a tree that GGs were interested in a few years ago. Great that there is a couple of us keeping an eye on the Gossan Hill activities. Chris
Thanks Chris, I'm also aware of four possible nest sights. Two at the ANBG - will check on them this Friday, and one at the Pinnacle I discovered a week ago. Will check again soon.
