This is on the very lower slopes of Mt Taylor, where it is non-rocky, where there are typically lots of Bulbine bulbosa. The Bulbine glauca are higher on the mountain, in very rocky areas and I think they are a lot taller as well. Sorry I didn't get enough detail with the photo.
