Most of the grasses in this area around the lake have lost their seeds. I initially thought this was ALG. There were quite a few smaller editions of these plants. Plants were in the area between Attunga Point Reserve and the lake.

African lovegrass in a neighbour's lawn is beginning to show dark coloured flowerheads but I haven't seen such growth in the nature reserves yet.
