I think this is a hybrid between baileyana and possibly dealbata.

It certainly has a lot of baileyana in it! there were many large Cootamundra wattles in this area that I cut&dabbed / frilled in 2015/16. I just haven't had the time to follow-up, which I usually do 2 years after a major clearing of woody weeds.
