Although old and worn I'm thinking this may rather be P. attacta (on John Bromilow's suggestion) because (1) the main hindwing line is roughly straight rather than waved as in P. absorpta; the antenna is thread-like (not filamantous as in . P. cognata) ; and although faints the forewing lines are broad rather than narrow and fine.

Yes, I too think it's P. attacta. (Phelotis cognata has branched antennae in both sexes.)
