Going further into specific ID, I think this individual is Opisthoncus sexmaculatus (Six-marked Jumping Spider) which has the distinct 6 white lines which separate the two black segments on the abdomen. The picture in Robert Whyte's book (2nd row of page 292) appears to have a blue tinge to the white hairs on this individual, but I think that's just a result of difference in lighting, not the actual colour. I'm not able to suggest anything as this is already confirmed. If this ID is agreeable, is someone else able to change it?
