I revisited this Orchid again today but it may be too early to see any difference. I note the Field Guide has D. reflexum and not D. revolutum but CNM has D. revolutum and not reflexum.
D revolutum - if it doesn't open further it may be a deformed individual perhaps, but can't be anything else. Small possibility it could be a hybrid with something else, I guess, but that doesn't seem likely to me.
