Can you tell me if this image was taken from above or to the side of the nest and did you see a Yellow-faced Honeyeater leaving? Chris

It was essentially a cup-shaped nest. I had to lean the branches over a bit to get the photo (eegs have rolled to one side). I didn't see an adult.

Thanks, I am wondering why you thought the nest to be that of a Yellow-faced Honeyeater. Have yo had experience with their nests before. Was there YFH in the area? No doubt a honeyeater and you are probably correct but would just like to check. Chris

Difficult to tell, obviously a honeyeater of some sort. Will go for Yellow-faced Honeyeater. Chris
