I don't know whether it is Opuntia stricta or O. ficus-indica. Either way, targeted for removal.

Mike the segments in Opuntia stricta are up to 20cm while those of O. ficus-indica are up to 30cm. Also O. ficus-indica tends to be a small tree and bluish while O. stricta is a shrub and greenish
