This species is illustrated on the following page: http://dr-pop.net/aaede-720.htm

It is not actually Y. aaede but a related, undescribed species. An update on the website is soon to follow once this species is described. It is quite a difficult species to observe. Well done Ken!

Popplepsalta is superficially similar but has dark infuscations adjacent to the apices of the page on the hind wings.

Hi Lindsay
Since this is a distinct species, even if it is undescribed, it would be useful for us to separate it from the other Yoyetta sp. sightings. This will help us to find it and give it it's new name when it is described.
May I do that?

Hi Michael,
Yes, by all means separate it out as a distinct species (e.g. Yoyetta sp. aff. aaede).
