The distribution of this moth in the Depressariidae family (Flat-bodied moths) is described as south--eastern Australia, online records being from NSW, Victoria and South Australia with its habitat described as 'wetter eucalypt forests from southern Queensland, Victoria and south-eastern Australia' (Common 1990, p.239). I was able to find no online references to records of this species from the ACT. There are photos of two set specimens collected from SSE of Braidwood, NSW,(ANIC), see CSIRO=Moths Online at: http://www1.ala.org.au/gallery2/main.php?g2_itemId=15875
