Stood out in a huge area with almost exclusively yellow flowers, and a few white ones.

Christine to identify Wahlenbergia we need a side shot of the flower (the length of petal to tube is a diagnostic feature) also we need to see how the leaves are arranged along the stem

Sorry, I did not take any more photos of it. It appeared to have a long bare stem, so I assume the leaves were very small and close to the ground. The flower appeared fairly flat. The area was very overgrown, and lots of blackberry, and I was trying to pick a way out, so just took one quick photo. I did have a quick look, but could not see any leaves that i could easily pick out as belonging to this plant.
