Not a sharp image because the moth was active giving only a few seconds opportunity. Taxonomy not fully resolved: Moths of Victoria names it '(Tephrosia) externaria'; Lepidoptera Butterfly House: 'Hypomecis externaria', the ALA: 'Unplaced externaria'. Common name; Mahogany Bark Moth.
