I believe this is Euphiltra eroticella. The two species have very similar forewing patterns, except at the termens which aren’t visible in this photo. ANIC Z. decisana specimens are basically black and white whereas E. eroticella have a lot more yellow in the outer half. (Interestingly, neither species show yellow in the basal half in ANIC specimens. It is white in both cases, but that may be due to fading and this seems a very fresh specimen.) The two species are easily separated if the hindwing shows – Z. decisana is mostly light, and E. eroticella is dark.
