What about Ectropis bispinaria #3374311? I have trouble separating it from D. exsuperata in these images.

It could be. I was less confident with this female than with the male that showed its antennae. The first time round I thought that the photo didn't show the forewing blotch that is clear on most bispinaria, but maybe it is there. I did overlook the size figure of 3.5cm which better fits bispinaria. I'll look at ANIC, but don't think it will add anything in this case.
