I don't think so. The gum nuts are OK, but the flower buds are completely wrong. See the photo in Vicflora https://vicflora.rbg.vic.gov.au/flora/taxon/4986f096-0923-4a4b-8d65-fbb209ae0042#&gid=1&pid=3

Stalkless buds in 3's make this bicostata. This was a very common planting throughout Canberra in the 1970's. The name has recently been resurrected and split again from Eucalyptus globulus subsp. pseudoglobulus.
