It could be. However, the Flora of Australia description of Acacia melanoxylon states that the fine reticulation between the main veins is square, and the branchlets are angled and ribbed. The branchlet shape (cylindrical) and the longitudinal anastomising minor nerves fit Acacia implexa better. One of the key characters that Plantnet uses to differentiate between them is that the leaf tips in melanoxylon are obtuse, and those of implexa are acute. Another photo to show this? It is a funny time of year for either species to be flowering.

At this time of year A. melanoxylon has these buds while A. implexa has generally finished flowering (some plants will still have cream flowers).
