A pair of White-browed Scrubwrens visit our native garden and bird bath regularly, they made a nest in November outside our back door in a shoe rack and had at least one chick. Two domestic cats (not ours) destroyed the nest and killed the young late January. The parents were unharmed because at that stage they were not sitting on the nest at night.
