Noxious weed in several parts of Sydney. Handle with care. The milky sap can be irritating.

This has the potential to become a significant weed, given there is only 1 plant I would mattock it out as a matter of urgency- if it is a big job then Queanbeyan City Council should be notified if on public land.

Thanks Michael. I'll get onto it today and dig it out and spray with Roundup. I had hoped it was a native vine and have no idea where it has come from as it is in the middle of our bush block.

Thanks Clare, it's seeds are spread by wind, but we have also had the odd plant (now eradicated) mysteriously appear on Mount Ainslie, Mount Mugga, a horse paddock in Hume and a backyard in Deakin - so I suspect it is moved by vehicles or in unclean fill but I'm just guessing - one to keep an eye out for.
