User's notes

Originally found on Acacia sp. Later flushed to alight on Lomandra (?) sp, I suggest this is Moroga melanostigma (fruit tree borer), a widespread Australian native species, which would place it in the subfamily Xylorictinae (see Common IFB (1990) 'Moths of Australia' pp. 229-30 and No 5, Plate 6).
