Not enough for a formal identification (need fertile fronds) but this is almost certainly a juvenile Blechnum minus. It does occur along Blue Range Road. Also, keep a look out for Cyathea australis and Histiopteris incisa, which grew there before the bushfires in 2003 and before the Blue Range pine plantations were clear felled around 1990.
