Possibly. Could you take another photo in a week or two and see what develops. My initial impression was that the that stem pointing up was a stolon (runner). If this is Convolvulus, that upright stem is the beginning of the flowering stem.

I hadn't thought of convolvulus because I generally see that as lying flat, with finely lobed leaves and pink flowers. I will wait and see how the stem leaves and flowers develop. Looking at other photos on CNM convolvulus is correct.
