This was the first record of this endangered grassland moth at Bass Gardens, An area isolated by urban development since the 1940s.
User's notes
Observed males flying about one metre above the uncut grassland looking for females. Photos taken mid morning, full sun 30 December 2010. 20-30 moths observed flying between 11.45 and 13.15 over about half of the Bass Gardens area.
