very fleshy leaves

I think the plants in the foreground are Diuris and the fleshy 'leaves' are flower buds. Probably D. nigromontana given how advanced the buds are. The small out-of-focus flower in the background is probably C. fuscata.
So, not sure what to do with this one!

I agree with Cath. The plants in the foreground are Diuris, but I suspect they are D. sulphurea, which can have 1-3 leaves whereas D. nigromontana has 2 leaves, although seems a bit early for D. sulphurea to be this advanced. The plant in the background would be C. fuscata.
