A naturalised garden plant - iris or lily or something? There were tons of them in a very poor quality area as well as lots of weeds and general rubbish.

This is Iris germainca Tall Bearded Iris - it is not very invasive and generally holds on at a location of garden dumping - it is an introduced plant from Europe with a long history of cultivation
