It keys to Origanum (the genus for both these species) in PlantNET which only has an entry for Origano (Origanum vulgare). However, I have both growing in my garden, and your plants look like neither. Whatever it is, it is a weedy plant in the family Lamiaceae. A specimen should be taken in to the Herbarium before all the flowers are gone. They have access to Floras from other continents and will be able to pin it down.
