It keys to Nepeta cataria in Plantnet. However, there is nothing said about the distinctive velvety leaves. None of the photos on the Atlas of Living Australia show that character. I used to grow something called Allherb many years ago in Brisbane that had leaves like the photo, but I could find nothing of that name on the internet.
