The leaves look more like Leptospermum continentale to me. However, it is so difficult to see them it is impossible to say. Is the plant upright or sprawling? These are the reasons I keep asking everyone for good photos of whole plants, the way the flowers are arranged, and the leaves.

I have added another photo showing just the leaves which may make it easier to identify the species. The plant was a fairly compact upright bush.
