Roy, Tweedia was probably introduced to Red Hill either by cattle or hay brought down from northern NSW. After rain you can pull it out by hand. The Red Hill Regenerators also cut and dab it with chemical or spray it when we come across is - but you need to be trained in chemical application to use chemicals on Red Hill
