It's possible this is a hybrid between C. ustulata and C. moschata. Moschata typically has much shorter teeth on the labellum margins, but in ustulata the teeth continue much further along the labellum. In your plant the teeth stop abruptly and transition into the smooth side lobes. I am leaning more towards moschata for this plant, but this one is a bit more ambiguous.
