They are not Hymenochilus, but look possibly like small Pterostylis nutans leaves. I will confirm them as Pterostylis sp. but there is a chance they could be Diplodium leaves - photos at flowering time required!

Yes, I also looked its distribution and wondered whether is could be seen as natural. I have seen it growing presumably naturally near the Deua Cave on a limestone outcrop within Deua National Park. I also know its seed can be purchased online from native plant suppliers.

Yes- but I must admit I had second thoughts when I got back and checked its distribution which is pretty close to being natural to our region. Rosemary Purdie do you have a view?

I presume this species is being regarded as an invasive weed in the ACT, because it s native to sub-tropical closed canopy forest, but its range in s-eastern Australia is spreading because it has become a favoured horticultural species and garden escapee. Is that the case?

I think I stumbled across this plant today 13 November, while surveying one of the orchid plots. I pulled it out by hand, it had many flowers but no fruit. I did not see any other plants in the vicinity
