This looks like it could be one of the grey Amanitas. You need an image of the stipe (stem) to see if there is a ring of tissue there. You also need to show where the fungus enters the ground to see if there is any evidence of a volva there. Have a look at the Amanita page to see what I'm talking about, but note some of these features are not present or obvious on all species.

the significance of white margins was new to me, so I checked descriptions in Plant net. There may be species differences but not known to me. Leaf tip sounds good for bracteata.
