Sullivans Creek, Lyneham South

Sullivans Creek has been identified as an important ecological corridor for aquatic and riparian wildlife through the urban fabric of Canberra, as well as a significant cultural site for Ngunnawal people. Sullivans Creek starts in Goorooyarroo Nature Reserve, in Gungahlin, and flows through to Lake Burley Griffin before water finally enters the Molonglo River.

Not recorded on NatureMapr for the ACT before, but there are three records on iNaturalist for the ACT (John Bromilow, D, Hobern).

The ID is based on (1) the presence of a partial veil in the smallest specimen in the first photo and (2) what looks like rusty spore prints on some of the caps in the final photo. Possibly an introduced species given the nearby exotic trees.
