Possibly a brown trout but I see no tinge of red to the adipose fin and the location is predominantly Rainbow. However, the size raises some identity issues.

It keys out OK in Flora of the ACT. The seed photo was a huge help. i would have liked to see the type of hairs on the stems in a closeup. From these photos, I could not really see whether the leaves were alternate or opposite.
