Two wedge tailed eagles striding about on the ground seemed to be investigating an area of thick grass at the bottom of a tree filled with currawongs. Perhaps there was an injured kangaroo from the nearby traffic? One eagle left after about 5 minutes but the other one stayed longer before giving up and flying in circles with it's mate.

There has been a pair roosting in eucalyptus in planted area in middle of North Curtin Horse Paddocks on occasion over last few weeks.
