Well, it is Parasuta and looks most like flagellum. The only other candidate is dwyeri. The mid body scale count for flagellum is 17, for dwyeri 15. By the way, they are fully grown adults! The locality is also good for flagellum, common on the western side of Lake George and surrounds.

I only noticed this was from 2018 when I looked to see how many photo sightings we have for Parasuta flagellum (the answer is eight) and it wasn't the latest one.
