A nice bird for Red Hill NR. It briefly alighted in a tree for a 5-10 second rest on the Red Hill ridgeline before flying in a straight line, way down into the Garran suburbs below, moving from the Red Hill suburb to the Garran suburb. The kestrel was indifferent about the entire brief affair.
