Double sub marginal jagged lines consistent with Stictochila sp. Moths in the ACT p70 suggests it is difficult to go to species level from one image. Could be S. sarcoptera.

I don.t think the dot pattern is right for Stichochela (genus), Moths of the ACT p.70, and this moth has barred antennae consistent with Garrha, but I do not see barred antennae in S. sarcoptera.
