Given there is a thin black line bordering the pale white streak bordering the costa (leading edge of the forewing) at the base I think this species corresponds woth Moths of Victoria's unnamed speces they call 'Palaeosia sp.(2)' (Part 9). See also Moths in the ACT (2002, page 224.
