Doesn't seem to be Concealer, maybe Eulechria; Looks close to Lichenaula arisema; Maybe Macrobathra, Psaroxantha?

The closest I can come is Telecrates melanochrysa... not sure enough to suggest it as I'm an apprentice!

It does no harm to suggest things. It makes us consider what we can see from these superficial photos. In this case, I think that the large spacing between the forewing dark antemedial and postmedial bands looks to great to be T. melanochrysa, but I cannot think of any species that do have that feature.

This record matches an undescribed species attributed to the Cosmopterigidae. See more information on the new species page. As far as I know, BOLD did not sample it.
