The finely striped antennae, palps and the shape indicate Garrha (genus) and likely G. phoenipis but patterns apparently quite variable and sometines overlapping beteween species. (see CNM comments on G. phoenepis in the taxonomy entry.).

I like the red tinge to the costa and marginal fringe to the forewings, and the foreleg femurs.
