It is working ok for me & others, so it most like is something to do with your devices. I note that some of your sightings are from an iPhone, the others from a camera, Canon hence a PC upload.
Can you please place an enquiry. Click on About on top toolbar, then Contact. The IT people will need to know the type of device, your operating system and browser, your internet provider plus what you actually did, and the error message.

It was how the photos were processed through the iphone just a tip don't airdrop the photos to your computer as they come up as a different format and larger than a .jpg file
