Looks very much like Stenomatinae; Phylomictis lintearia to me.

I've only seen three specimens of Phylomictis lintearia, all from the ACT. See also Phylomictis sarcinopa, for which I've seen many specimens from the NSW south and central coast. But P. sarcinopa seems to match this photo better, particularly the areas of light scales on the forewing.

These are very similar looking moths with apparenyly overlapping distributions and reatively few samples of either for comparrison. I find it difficult to be convinced one way or the other, though perhps the thorax area mrkings favour P. sarcinopa but I'm not really sure becouse ALA photis of P. linteraria seem to me to have very simialr markings.
